We have very strong contacts with NCAA, Jr A and Pro hockey to help our players on a path to success. We have Partnered with DME Sports Academy to provide state of the art rehab and training facilities. DME also provides the highest level of player marketing available through state of the art Video and audio promoting. - Player Evaluation Period: April 1st through August 16th
- Every Weekday 10:00a – 11:30a morning skills training skates from 4.1 to 6.2
- $50 or free for signed players
- Sunday Nights starting March 25 4:30pm Racers coaches will be evaluating players each week. Cost $50.00 ea. Night (Free for Signed players)

Kravetz has over 35 years of experience in ice hockey and is a certified NARCE USA Hockey Director and Master Level 5 USA Hockey Coach. Ryan has helped hundreds of players reach their NCAA or Professional goals, including George Parros, Kevan Miller (Bos) and Shane Harper (Fla). He was the Captain of Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA., played professional hockey in Germany and represented Team USA in the Maccabi games in 1997. Ryan played for Ohio State and led the club team in scoring his freshman, sophomore and junior seasons. Kravetz was the former head coach of the the LA Jr. Kings organization. He was also West Valley Wolves’ head coach and the strength and conditioning coach. Ryan is the Co-Founder of the California Heat and serves on Board Of Directors for SAHOF (Statewide Amateur Hockey of Florida).

Raised in Chatham, New Jersey, Greg Rinder has spent his entire life involved in the sport of ice hockey and is best known for his palpable enthusiasm, energy, and passion for teaching the game. After a successful playing career Greg began coaching in 2010 with the Jersey Penguins. During that time Greg served as the Assistant Hockey Director and was responsible for coaching winter and spring travel teams, organizing and operating summer camps and clinics and developing hockey at the grass roots level. In 2012 Greg was hired as the varsity assistant coach at his alma mater Chatham High School. Greg was also hired to simultaneously serve as the head coach for the junior varsity team. During the 2012-2013 season with Greg’s guidance the varsity team won the state championship and the junior varsity finished the season with a 22-0-1 record and won their league championship as well. After a successful high school coaching career Greg was hired by the New Jersey Colonials in 2014 and coached multiple teams throughout the organization in addition to being promoted to program director. In 2017 Greg was hired by the New Jersey Rockets as the assistant coach for the USPHL Premier team. Throughout his career Greg has had a proven track record of developing and advancing players in addition to accomplishing team, organizational and individual success at all levels of hockey.

Alex Tilman is from North Pole, Alaska and started playing hockey when he was 3 years old. Alex has played over 100 games at the Junior level in the NPHL, AWHL, WSHL and NA3HL. During his career Alex was also coaching Peewee and Bantam’s as well as assisted running Palmer Hockey Clinic in Houston, Texas with ex-NHLer Jarod Palmer.

Pierre-Luc Racette, is originally from the Ottawa area and is now residing in Edmonton, Alberta. Pierre possesses a hockey background of managing, recruiting and scouting international prospects and most recently, he was a scout with the New Jersey Rockets in the USPHL NCDC. Pierre-Luc has a proven record of success in recruiting international talents with strong character. Over the past eight years, Pierre-Luc’s accomplishments at the Junior level include: five league finals appearances, three league championships, one provincial gold medal championship in Canada and one National gold medal championship in the United States.

After an amateur career as a player, Jvan Ricciardella started his hockey management career by scouting in Scandinavia and working with some of the most influential players’ agencies in Europe, North America and Russia. Jvan is also the founder of the Juniors Ice Hockey Academy, a non- profit/charity organization that helps junior players turn pro. Jvan currently resides in Finland.

John Gomez is the former captain of William Paterson University ACHA D1. John helped guide William Paterson to their first Super East Championship in school history. John graduated from WPU as the all-time leading point scorer and currently ranks second all-time in points. After his playing career concluded John coached with the New Jersey Colonials and helped guide them to a State Championship. In 2012-2013 John joined the Chatham High School staff and helped guide the team to a State Championship in that same year. John currently resides in Glendale AZ, with his fiancée Alexandra.

Bruno Simard was the Head Scout for the St-Lawrence Lions of RSEQ Mens D1 Hockey in the QCHL from 2007-2011. During his time with St-Lawrence, Bruno was influential in the Lions winning three consecutive league championships. In 2012-2013 after successful career in the QCHL, Bruno joined the scouting staff of the Val-D’or Foreurs of the QMJHL. From 2013-2017 Bruno was a scout for the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles of the QMJHL. Bruno currently resides in Quebec City
