Daytona Beach, FL – DME Prep Orange Team Falls In Last Seconds To Action Sports Academy

Atlanta, GA Action Sports Academy came to DME Prep’s home court and pulled it out, 90-87, on Thursday midday.

DME Prep’s Maxime Egouy finished with 23 points, William Finnie finished with 20 points and Quan Byrd had 17 points.

DME Prep and ASA battled and stay close the whole first half, but DME Prep trailed behind ASA, 42-36, at the end of the first half.

After a tense first two minutes in the beginning of the second half, DME Prep shaved ASA lead down to 1 point, 44-43.

As they battled all game, DME Prep tied the game, 78-78, with 4 minutes left. Coming down to the final seconds, DME Prep turned the ball over that gave ASA too much momentum to handle.

The game finished, 90-87, with DME Prep falling short to ASA.

DME Prep looks forward to next game on December 2, 2017, at Canterbury School.
