For Hurricane Harvey Response; All Proceeds Directly Donated to Direct Relief

Daytona Beach, FL — Today DME Sports Academy announces they will be hosting a carnival-like family-friendly “GAME NIGHT” next Wednesday evening, September 6, 5PM – 8:30PM, at DME Sports Academy to raise money for Hurricane Harvey response efforts.

Hurricane Harvey landed in Texas; recently displacing thousands, causing deaths, injuries, and massive damage to property and public works.

DME Sports Academy is taking the initiative to raise money for established humanitarian relief organization, Direct Relief’s Houston area relief campaign by hosting a “Game Night.” The sports academy has set up a GoFund Me page to track the progress of on site and online donations made toward the $10,000 goal.

DME Sports Academy’s coaches, teachers, student- athletes and leadership will host “Game Night!” All community members who would like to support recovery efforts are invited. This includes families, community leaders, local schools and universities, and individuals who want to donate. There will be a donation request upon entry. Food will be available. The academy will be hosting a charity raffle and prize drawing. All funds and proceeds will be donated to Direct Relief.
